Weight Loss Update

The last few weeks I have gone overboard with eating (i.e. mozarella sticks and fries and a waffle at the diner) so I've gained back a few pounds but since New Years I have lost 7 lbs and I'm back on track cause now is crunch time only 3 months to the DR. And I think my new work schedule is going to be great in terms of my fitness cause a) I'll be making my dinners everynight and not snacking at night and b) I'll be going to the gym everyday which I'm looking forward to.
